About Namron
Namron Care and Supports is a registered NDIS provider of disability services, committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. Our dedicated team of trained professionals offers a holistic approach to care, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for our participants and their families. We strive to make a positive impact by empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We primarily provide supports in your home, we hope to become a member of you household assisting you to lead a fulfilled life that gives you dignity and the best care possible.

Joanne Quebral- the Boss
Michael Dhan De Leon
Chris has 25 years of experience in providing accommodation and support to people in need.
With a BSc Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology, he is highly skilled at working with people with complex needs.
Chris has owned and run 2 large care facilities. In 2020 he obtained NDIS registration and started providing NDIS supports.
Joanne is a registered nurse from the Philippines. She arrive in Australia in 2019 and started working in disability care.
Joanne has extensive nursing experience but also has been in management and HR roles.
She works in the HR and rostering role as well as assisting in training our support workers.
Dhan is a highly qualified Nurse Trainer. He is a RN who works in a large aged care group as a nurse trainer.
Dhan provides training to our team of Support Workers.
Dhan is also involved in creating Care/Support plans for our High Care Needs participants.
Namron's Support Team
We believe that our workers are the heart and soul of our support provision. The highly trained and dedicated team of people at Namron makes us stand out from the rest.
The majority of our workers are trained nurses in their country of birth. They have moved here to study and to improve themselves.
We look for people who share our values and beliefs; whose actions and attitudes demonstrate a commitment to thinking differently; to using initiative, innovation and inquisitiveness to create supports tailored to their clients needs.
