Chris Apswoude
With a career spanning 28 years in the disability care sector, I have dedicated my professional life to enhancing the well-being of individuals with diverse needs. As the founder and director of a residential facility, I oversaw the provision of comprehensive care and support to 44 men with intellectual, psychiatric, and physical challenges. Later, I established a service offering housing and assistance to the elderly and disabled in Melbourne's inner east.
In recent years, I created Namron Supports alongside my partner, Joanne Quebral. Namron is situated in Bentleigh East, Victoria. Our guiding principle has always been to enrich the lives of our clients by providing dignified support and advocating for their needs. Our recruitment strategy focuses on the intrinsic qualities of our staff, prioritizing compassion and respect over mere technical skills, as we believe in nurturing a workforce that genuinely cares.
